UNGPC Board are governed by the rules and regulations laid out by the Ministry of Interior Thailand governing Foundations and Charitable Organizations.

The Executive Council (ExCo)shall be the Management and primary Administrative body of the Organization and consisted of senior members who are citizens of Thailand or legal Residents in Thailand.

Advisory Board UNGPC Advisory Board comprises experts and specialists in related field who are appointed by the Executive Council. The role of Advisor is to help the organization gain new insights and advice to solve problems or explore new opportunities by stimulating robust, high-quality conversations. The role of an Advisory Board is not to make decisions, but rather provide current knowledge, critical thinking and analysis to increase the confidence of the decision makers who represent the Organization.
