*The Award programs hosted by UNGPC are subject to alterations or any changes with respect to dates & venue owed to any unavoidable circumstances only after prior information to clients at the sole discretion of UNGPC.
*UNGPC is not bound to refund any promotional or registered nominee fee if the nomination of any andidate gets canceled by either side due to any reason.
*Organizers reserve the right to postpone the Award Ceremony or change its venue or the CHIEF GUEST / CELEBRITY in case of their non-availability on the said dates or for any other unavoidable reasons.
*In case the program is rescheduled, due to any unforeseen/unavoidable reasons, participants would be given the option of an alternative date.
*Nominations will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.
*Nominations will be deemed to be completed only when the payments have been received in full and acknowledged by UNGPC.
*The nomination fee charged per participant shall be inclusive of Tea/Snacks and Lunch/Dinner on the day of the event.
